In the recent wake of events, a few questions have emerged in the minds of employees. At the top of the list being how safe are they in their organisation? Due to these events, employees say that they no longer feel their belongings and lives are 'safe' in their backyard as they don't really know when their premises can turn into a battleground.
Organisations say that they have every security measures in place. The question you need to ask is it enough security even after many compalints of loosing their belongings like mobiles which can be used for anti-national elements. There should a through background checks for every employees in a organisation.
